RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange/refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange:

  • Email us at  sainienterprises63@gmail.com   within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup based on your delivery address.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at sainienterprises63@gmail.com
  • We’ll arrange an exchange product  after verifying the issue.
  • Exchange of the product will be delivered within 4-7 days. 

REFUND POLICY 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
